Yes, our sink is easy to install. We also provide installation video and installation instrcutions.

It is recommended to clean the sink regularly and wipe it dry - after each use or at least once a day. Regularly wiping the sink dry with a soft cloth prevents scale build-up and the appearance of uneven color spots.
Do not cut food directly on the surface of the sink. Do not leave sharp objects on the surface of the sink for an extended period of time. Do not use abrasive cleaning products, sanding tools, steel wool or bleaching products.

No, it is not. Our sink does not with an Australian watermark, but apply to the pipe fitting standards.
*We don't accept returns due to this, customers should be aware of it before purchasing.

We have warehouses that are located in the USA and Germany. Orders will be shipped in 2 days and arrive in 3-7 days.

If your order has not been shipped, please contact us with your new address and we will amend it for you.

If your order has been shipped, please try to contact the delivery company directly to modify it.

Sometimes courier may deliver the package at your back/front door or your neighbors if you are not at home. Kindly check around your house or ask your neighbors. If the package still cannot find, please contact us at customer@sinkple.com

Once we fulfilled your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and you can track the package from the link in the email.

Returns/exchanges

Yes, we offer 30-day return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The easiest way is to place a new order for the product you want to exchange, then return the product you originally purchased, and we will refund you after the product has been received and inspected.

Customers will be responsible for shipping costs if the problem is not caused by the quality of product.

Once the package is delivered to the warehouse and inspected by us, we will issue you a refund in 48hrs. The refunded amount will appear back in the original method of payment within 5 business days. 

  1. Send an email to customer@sinkple.com that includes your order number and share the reason for your exchange/ return. 
  2. We will deal with your request within 24 hrs on working days.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected. We will gladly offer you an exchange/ refund.
